Need money to keep the lights on

Trying to raise money to catch up on our power bill, our apartment complex screwed us during the summer when a broken AC was jacking up our electrical usage, 4 months later we're still playing catch up. I need to raise 400 dollars by the 8th in order to get the first half of the payment plan payed off but im the only one who gets paid by then and i only make about 250 which all has to go to rent...
