Need help getting my insulin this month

I don't really know what to put here, and I really hate having to ask for help, but I'm kind of in a bind.
Long story short, I have type 2 diabetes; I've had it for a long time, but I've never really been able to manage it very well, as I work for a small business, and don't have/can't afford insurance. Well, years of neglect finally caught up with me. Last month, a blister on my toe got pretty bad, and I ended up almost losing it. Thankfully, I didn't, but it became pretty obvious that I had to get my diabetes under control.
My doctor put me on an insulin called Invokamet; he was able to get me a one month free sample. With that, I've made really good strides. Along with taking the insulin, I've changed my diet completely and started trying to be more active. My blood sugar has been great, I've lost about 10 pounds so far, and for the first time in at least a decade, I don't feel sick. I can't tell you how great that feels.
Which is why I really need some help right now. I don't want to go back to feeling horrible every day. I don't want to have to fear losing my foot every time I get a blister, or a small cut. I want to be able to keep making progress and getting healthier. I've started the process of looking for a new job that provides health insurance; I love my current job, but I need access to this insulin, and my current job can't provide that. So for now, I just need some help. Anything you can spare would be tremendously appreciated, and if you can't donate anything, I completely understand, though I would ask that you please share this with others that you think might be able to help.
