Need a handihandicapped van

Hi I am Cynthia Garza Luis Mayor's mother. We are from Chicago Illinois.  Luis is 29 years old and has mind of a 8month baby. We need a van so we can use to transport him to his clinic appointments and to transport him around. Our van was stolen from our house on November 24 2017. He needs it please help us he has past Medical history of congenital cerebral palsy with a consequent ongoing seizure disorders including being mute and not able to communicate verbally being blind and needs care 24 Hours a day. He uses a wheelchair to get around. Has a feeding tube and also uses a suction machine. As his mother I have to be next to him 24/7 and now with this incident things are getting very difficult.
