Ashlee's Recovery Fund
My precious niece Ashlee Swift was on vacation in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday March 12, 2016, and a horrible life changing accident occurred. She and her fiancé Anthony were on a tour bus traveling on US interstate 95 when a suspected drunk driver crossed the median and hit their tour bus. There were approximately 20 people on the bus and Ashlee was the only individual who sustained critical injuries. Ashlee was physically ejected from the bus, and as a result she had to have her left arm amputated. The attached link will provide details of the accident for your reference:
Ashlee is engaged to Anthony and they have a precious daughter Aubree, who will be turning 1 year old in April. Ashlee graduated from the University of Kentucky in the spring of 2015, and has so much going for her. She is a beautiful young woman, and literally lights up a room with her gorgeous smile and infectious laugh. She is a very strong, bold, determined woman, so we are confident she will fight through this, but her life will never be the same due to this tragedy.
We want to see our dear Ashlee back home, recouping and recovering, where she resides in Lexington, Kentucky. She really needs to be back home, where she belongs during her long recovery, once she is discharged from the hospital.
We covet your sincere prayers for her, and ask you for donations to help out with the extreme medical expenses, that she will incur while she is in ICU. Your donations will also provide the financial assistance needed to get Ashlee back to Lexington, KY. If you wish to make a donation to Ashlee please go to “GoFundMe.com” Ashlee's Recovery Fund
With our sincere gratitude, and heartfelt appreciation, we thank you in advance for your prayers and donations
Sincerely, Ashlee’s family
Ashlee is back in KY and still in the hospital being treated for her injuries suffered while in Las Vegas. Today is her baby Aubree's very 1st Birthday and last Monday was Ashlee's 25th Birthday!!!

Love, Ashlee's Family
My son and I were on the bus with Ashlee and her fiancée. I have been wondering how she was doing. I was in UMC hospital also for a week and the nurses were giving me updates. My heart just broke for her when I heard that she had lost her arm. Please know that me and my family are continuing to pray for all of you!
"TamaraAnGreg Mulkey" not all people who drive carry insurance & when that happens its a sad situation for the innocent party especially sonce they were on a tour bus and not in there own vehicle because if they were there own insurance would pay due to the fact he had no insurance & the courts would fine him to have to pay it back over time. Prayers arebwith this family I cannot imagine the pain and trama involved, I was in a wreck caused by a driver under the influence and injuried badly w/o having anything amputated & before my child was born , I know the pain and trama I went through so I cannot even imagine what your family is going through.... You have my prayers that god heals and guides you all through this tough time physically, emotionally, & financially!
Prayers fir the family...just in case this wasnt thought about...the drivers insurance co. should be paying for her medical bills and etc..
Praying for you and your family.. May you see light in this time of darkness ...
A million prayers to you all. I hope that Ashlee recovers and can return home soon. God bless you all.
