I need your help

As many people know i was ran over by a car on January 26 2015. I sustained multiple injuries including a broken femur.... 3 broken ribs.... 4 broken bones in my back.... A lacerated liver... And I lost a big chunk out the back of my leg the would measured 16x17 length and width and 6 in deep.... But enough about that.... Due to me being in the hospital and then having to do rehab for so long I no longer have a job to go to when I get out so I'm asking for help to get me on my feet when I finally do get out of here....
