Gavin's Dream Ride

Hello All. We are the Hoime Family and our son is Gavin. He suffered an infection at birth that damaged his brain causing many complications. He has epilepsy, cerebral palsy, he is blind, needs a wheelchair, and has global learning delays.

We have been working with the insurance company for the equipment he needs, but they only help with certain pieces. Gavin is in need of many things to use in our home to help him stay safe and find his happiness out in the community. We are in need of an adaptive stroller, a home bed, and a few other small pieces of equipment that would bring him joy such as an adaptive bike or swing. Gavin cannot move himself in his wheelchair without direct assistance and he cannot move it in large crowds. His wheelchair is for transport to school and for use in the classroom primarily. The stroller would allow us to go more places as a whole family. 

We are asking that anyone that wants to help  and can help make our dream come true for him to have the new stroller for a Christmas present to please donate here. Our goal is to help Gavin be happy and safe in the community.
