Nate and Lindsey are absolutely astounded at the love and support they have received from family, friends, and strangers alike. They want everyone to know that they are safe with no lasting health concerns from being in the fire. All of their essentials are being taken care of and they are beginning to formulate a 2 year plan to get back on their feet with the help of family, friends, and insurance company. They can't express enough appreciation for all the offers for items and lodging, but thankfully their immediate needs are taken care of for the coming weeks. They are humbled and in awe of all that everyone has done from them.
The page will continue to remain open for the remainder of the week for anyone who would still like to donate.

Good Afternoon,
Nate and Lindsey continue to grieve the trauma and loss today as they begin to sort through what their next steps will be. I have posted some photos (above) 2 of them showing just some of the extreme damage from the fire and the 3rd photo is a picture of the back of their home before the fire. These photos do not even do justice for the amount of damage the fire caused. Nate, Lindsey, and their families are so amazed and thankful for the gracious contributions that have been made thus far. The page will remain open until the end of the week. Thank you again.

Update #2: My family is truly blown away by the amazing support everyone has provided. Nate and Lindsey thank each and every one of you for your kind thoughts and donations. Both my parents and Lindsey's parents are in Colorado supporting the couple and Nate and Lindsey have so many wonderful friends who are like family that are assisting as well. We will leave this page open for a few more days. Thank you again.
Update #1 : Within 2 hours the original goal of $5,000 was met. THANK YOU. Nate and Lindsey are so overwhelmed by everyone's kindness and generosity.
A new goal; double of the original has now been set to provide even more assistance to the couple who escaped the fire with only the shirts on their backs.
Early morning on 1/7/18, Nate and Lindsey had a large house fire that destroyed their entire home and all of their personal belongings. Tragically, they also lost two of their beloved fur babies, Tito the kitty and Boomer the sweetest pup. Thankfully everyone else in the house made it out unharmed. They have a very long road ahead of them as they heal from their losses. We are asking for donations to help Nate and Lindsey in the coming weeks for food, clothing, and other personal necessities. No donation is too small and any help you are willing to give is very much appreciated. Let's rally together and help this wonderful couple.
