Help save our family dog's life

My dog just recently got diagnosed with heart worm. Its going to cost upward of $1,000 to get xrays, medicine, prevention etc. Unfortunately i can not afford it at this time and if we dont get it treated we will have no choice but to put him down. Buddy saved me when i was at my lowest in life and my child loves her dog and my boyfriends 11 is very attached to him as well.
