Help Ian Buy a Car

I was making a U-turn for a delivery when out of nowhere a pickup truck hit me and I spun out. The other driver's insurance says that because he's an "excluded driver" neither of our insurance companies will cover it. So I have to pay for everything on my own, including towing fees.

I can't do my job without a car so I would appreciate your help so much.
