My name is Latrice Allen-Richard a community advocate for a life changing emotional literacy and self-development company called Motivating the Teen Spirit. It has been our experience over the last 17 years that providing students with skills to deal with the pressures of life has been a missing ingredient to the success of our youth.
With the growing challenges that our country is facing, our teens are often overlooked until it is too late and we are responding to a tragedy in our community. We realize that it is going to take a community effort for our teens and families to be strengthened in order to be successful. It’s OUR time to STAND as a true village in an intentional effort to change the trajectory of our collective LEGACIES toward MORE, GREATNESS, HOPE, LOVE, and TRIUMPH!

To empower teens to fall in love with themselves, communicate more effectively and make integrity-based decisions.
We are committed to producing life-changing, interactive empowerment workshops, utilizing our cutting-edge techniques to provide clear, practical, result-oriented approaches for teenagers to discover and apply their true powers for success and happiness. Our curriculum is considered the Master of Emotional Literacy, and every program is designed to motivate and empower teens to break through social, economic, and personal barriers to develop their full potential.
Parents are afforded the skills to communicate more effectively with their family. Our company provides one of the most powerful teen empowerment programs in existence today, delivering world-class content and producing life-changing results. We invite you to play a part in the movement of saving teen lives by becoming a Second Chance Angel. Second Chance Angels who have recognized the need for increased emotional health among teens, and have realized that MTS delivers predictable results. Since the taping of this video the near 300,000 teens that have come through our workshops and changed their lives were able to do so only because individuals, organizations, and companies stepped in to support them financially.
