Mylee Billingham Fund

£3,902 of £500 goal

Raised by 157 people in 9 months
Created January 21, 2018
This fund was setup for the family of Mylee Billingham to help with any costs or expenses in light of the sad news of Mylee's death. Click here for info.

It has truly been a huge blow to hear the tragic news to all that have heard. I imagine most who have donated may have families theirselves or feel very passionate about what has happened. For myself hearing this news I could only imagine if it was my own 7 year old daughter and being a Walsall local myself I decided to setup this campaign to try and relieve any stress from mylee's family so they can have more time to grieve and take all of this in.

I put a campaign goal of "£500" and because of everybody we smashed it but don't let that stop you from giving more if you feel you can help. I'm sure any extra will only give Mylee an even better send off which I think we can all agree she deserves at the age of only 8 years old.

I want to make it clear that I myself (Dave Healey) and Mylee's mum (tracey) and friends and family are so grateful and thankful for all of your support. Thank You so much.

This campaign was set by David Healey and the money is to be given to Mylee's mother Tracey Taundry. After speaking with Tracey she has asked to grant access to the funds to her good friend Jodie Worall which I have done. Jodie now has full access to withdraw as requested.

WOW, Just WOW!!! This campaign was started only 24 hours ago in light of such sad news. It really goes to show just how people can pull together in sad times. I can only say a thank you but I think for Mylee's family this goes beyond that. everyone here has helped relieve a little bit of stress off of there back and given them a little more space to grieve. I spoke to Mylee's mum today and she is very grateful and thankful to everyone who has helped. Tracey now has full control of all your donations and is letting her good friend Jodie Worrall manage that. It really means a lot that everybody got involved and is still continuing too. Thank You...

Can I just say a MASSIVE thank you to everyone who has donated no matter how big or small every penny counts. I'm really happy we can all join together and help Mylee's family and show our support but also show that there are still good people in the world. Your all amazing, again thank you. I have been in touch with someone from Mylee's family, she also wants to express her gratitude and she is going to speak with Mylee's mom to arrange a meeting at our local police station to hand the money over.
