My rent or I become homeless

I have a heart and back condition and I sad scamed and my money was stolen.  I cannot pay my rent and an behind two months and if i do not pay by the 27th, then I have to leave the apartment. I cannot afford to buy medicinen right now. I am paniking . Every little help would be highly appreciated. God bless you all and thanking everyone in advance❤
