My parents are in desperate need.

I'm Lisa. I usually don't ask for anything but in this situation help is needed and I don't where else to turn. My parents and I have dealt with So much in the past 4 years it has been ridiculous. About 3 months ago, their electricity went out. One simple wire burned up and they have no electric. They have been living without electric for this long. We have tried to find several electricians but not successful. I found one but his cost is outrageous as well. It is who we will have to go with. My parents are elderly. We have no vehicle because it's broke down.  My mom has dialysis, my dad just had a  falling accident. He had major surgery on his colon because they detected cancer. My mom is not in the best health but tries to make the best of it. I am the only one left to keep things in order because my brother passed away in 2013 but no way to get around to make sure they are ok. I have friends that check on them as much as they can. 

Any type of donation is greatly appreciated. It will help my parents get over this hump and live comfortably again and be able to have electricity so they can have a refrigerator full of food, be able to see at night without the use of flashlights(that's all They have to use for light).
