My Lil Bro's Baseball Tournament
My baby brother George (haha ya baby brother, he's 6'5) was recently accepted out of THOUSANDS of players for the Baseball Factory's National 18+ Baseball Team......... and he's only 15 years old!!!!!!!!!!!
I cannot express how proud I am of his drive, hard work, and exceptional sportsmanship. He's been playing ever since he could walk and loves the game, his teammates, and even more he loves helping his teammates grow and feel great about themselves and their gameplay.
He's so selfless and loving and genuine and caring so I wanted to do something for him. His teams first national competition is the Under Armor Baseball Factory Recruiting Classic in Mesa, AZ in Dec. He'll be competing against some of the best players and teams in the country and will be coached by professional baseball players and pro scouts!!! A lot of major league players have the Baseballs Factory on their resumes so this is huge!!
He has to raise money to help pay for transportation, hotel, uniforms, training, coaching, food, registration, and insurance and here's where you come in! I have 981 FB friends. If all of my FB friends donated just $1 that would help raise almost $1000!!! If each of you donated just $3 we'd be right about at the goal to get him to AZ!!
I know there's so much tragedy going on in the world right now and aware of the need for funding to support those causes (which I have already sent donations to). But I wanted to do my part to help this sweet boy who has worked so hard to get where he is continue to move forward with his baseball career. Any and every little bit helps and will be so very appreciated by him and our family!!
