Having received life saving, emergency surgery to remove a brain tumour at Wessex Neurological Centre in 2015, without the specialist care I received at the Centre, the outcome would have been completely different. Unfortunately 3 years on I am once again relying on their care due to a regrowth of the tumour.
It’s about time I help give something back to the place so close to my heart and I really need the support to do this. I’d love to say I’m running a marathon or throwing myself out of a plane but with limitations on me, a huge Christmas cake will have to do.
Your support will help towards the ongoing funding of the centre which at some point I will become familiar with once again. Funds will go towards cutting-edge equipment and facilities that will enhance the treatments available.

A little about my cake!
It has been maturing since baking and fed brandy on a regular basis to give it that extra kick! A huge 10” Luxury Christmas fruit cake with only the very best ingredients no expense spared; nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, spices etc not to mention a large quantity of French Brandy!
Decorated with a Belgian chocolate wreath and ribbon design it will make a beautiful talking point and centre piece at any Christmas table.
