Our 2 family homes burned down in Woolsey Fire :(

Our childhood family homes in Malibou Lake and Bell Canyon have burned down to the ground in the Woolsey fire.  We are beyond devastated.  We wanted to keep our Malibu Lake home in the family forever.  It has survived the worst of wildfires, I was evacuated as a child many times.  This fire was different.  Nearly every home on the street is gone and over 30 homes on the lake burned down. 

My father's lost nearly everything from his Bell Canyon (near Calabasas) house including his film equipment and film reels, 3 classic cars and more. There was no firefighter presence during the fire at either home.

In addition to our homes being lost, our very close family friends' home (which we lived in at one time) was burned to the ground and they are without a place to live.

Insurance won’t cover the cost to rebuild or cover priceless irreplaceable sentimental items.

The donations will go directly to those affected and assist cleanup efforts and temporary relocation.
