Music Care Ottawa Initiative
1 - To raise funds between September 2019 to September 2020 for an Exclusive Facility Music Care Training to be provided by Room 217 Foundation for Extendicare Starwood staff in October 2020.
2 - To increase awareness around the current - and growing - necessity of the integration of Music into the Culture of Care within dementia care, palliative care, and long-term care contexts.
3 - To contribute to the building of Ottawa’s unique international music identity in alignment with Ottawa’s “Music Strategy” under the “Economic Development Initiative”.
