Amanda’s Adventure!!

Hi everyone! After so many people have been asking how to make online donations we have decided to make a Go fund Me account for Amanda. 

In late fall, Amanda went to her doctor for a checkup after undergoing leg surgery. The doctor took a closer look, felt her thyroid and immediately knew something was wrong. After seeing a specialist and getting an ultrasound, she was told she had multiple lumps and several nodules on her thyroid. From there, Amanda has seen three different doctors and finally decided to go to Hershey Medical Center, where she underwent an 11-hour surgery, a full thyroidectomy. Unfortunately, Amanda had complications with breathing, eating and keeping her calcium levels up and had to spend 10 days in the hospital. 

Amanda is a full time single mother of two amazing little girls. She works full time for Fed-Ex and part time for Texas Roadhouse. Amanda has many obstacles to over come and her family and friends are hold a benefit and this go fund me to help offset medical expenses, travel and being off work. All proceeds will go directly to Amanda.
