Help Autumn and her family

Autumn was in a Hit and Run accident. She has a broken jaw, missing lower teeth and gums, broken right  foot and many other lacerations and injuries. She has a very long road of recovery ahead of her. Her family can use all the help financially they can get. Anything you are able to do will help and be greatly appreciated.
