Our Movement & Meditation Series this Spring features three wellness-based workshops for artists.
1. Global Somatics™ with Peytie McCandless,
dates TBA
2. Mindfulness for Teens, a collaboration with Peace in Schools,
dates TBA
3. TBA
Additional official titles and instructors to be announced soon! Workshops will occur once a month, in February, March and April 2017, respectively.
(The video above is from our Movement & Meditation CLASS this past fall--while the structure will be different this Spring, the intention to provide tools of wellness, is the same!)

FUNDS:
The funds raised here will be distributed amongst each workshop in the following way:
Renting Space: $100
Instructor: $200
Supplies: $50
Advertising: $100
We are aiming to raise these funds by February 1st.

All supporters of our Movement & Meditation Series will receive 10% off of the cost of the workshop they wish to attend.
