Mother of five to Iron Man

Hi, I'm Monique, a proud mother of five beautiful children. Sports is a major part of my life, even though it's sometimes very hard to combine it with my full time job, my second job as a waitress on Saturdays and my family.  I've qualified for the October 2019 Hawaii Iron Man World Championship, after being first in my age category in the 2018 Vichy (France) Iron Man. It's an achievement that I'm incredibly proud of which I hope I can realize with your help.

A year long preparation for an Iron Man is very demanding both physically, mentally and financially: 
- Weekly visits to a physiotherapist.
- A strict daily training schedule.
- Monthly check-ups at my physician and dietitian.
- Sports equipment and maintenance
- sports club memberships
- Iron Man entrance fee
- travel costs for my husband and me

Any contribution you can spare means a lot to me in achieving my Iron Man dream.
