Help me fix my car

As many of you know I grew up, and am still living in, an abusive household. I’ve been trying to save money to leave and was getting close but I’ve had a string of disasters and am left with no car, no money, and no job. I have a good job lined up but I’m unable to walk there and my city has very minimal public transportation and none that goes even close to my new job. I desperately need to fix my car and I need to be able to Uber/Lyft to work when I’m unable to find a ride. I’m very lucky in that a few of my friends are able to offer me rides occasionally but they all work full time jobs and sometimes aren’t able to.
