$7 pays for the snacks Sofia Rosario needs to get through the day, in the play The Stew & the Domino, as she somehow cheerfully waits for the second day in a row at a government office to see how they can help her get back on her feet after losing everything in the storm ...

$15 gets us 5lbs of plantains Lizbeth uses to boil and make Mangu for her father's last day on the island before heading to the mainland for medical attention in the short play, The Kitchen ... 

$30 pays for the construction of the "magical" computer that Antonio and Lucia master el tutube and Facebook on in the hilarious short play, Resilient Abuelos ... 

$70 pays for the fabric to make a bold, patchwork version of the Puerto Rican flag, the center piece of our evening ...


The more we are able to donate to the Hurricane Maria Relief Fund, the more we can do. For example:

$120 pays for a homeless family to have one night in a hotel ...

$200 pays the realtor fee to rehouse a refugee in Florida ...

$300 pays a pet deposit, so families are not separated from their pets ...

$500 pays a utilities deposit for an apartment ...

$1,200 pays one month of rent for a family without a home.
