Missing Water?

We are a group of students, located in Barcelona, Spain, and our goal is to raise awareness on the value of water and to fundraise money to built up two water tanks for the Mbandi School in Kenya, providing clean water for the children at the school. For this goal we work together with the NGO “Children of Africa”.


Why do we want to support exactly this NGO?
The simple answer is: Because we know them personally, one of our group even went to Kenya to work as a volunteer with this NGO. This personal connection enables us to garantee you that your donations will directly support this children at the Mbandi School.

What we already did?
We carried out a two-day event at our university: We created a social media-campaign and cutted off water tabs and fountains at our campus to raise awareness for those people around the world who do not have access to fresh water. We built up a tent at the main plaza, spread information about the problem and told them about our project. You can read about this event here.
Only through the help of students, professors and employees of our university, we already raised enough money to build up the first tank at the Mbandi School! 

But we think together we can achieve more and build up a second tank! Together we can make a difference!
