Help Connie with 24/7 home care!
Donation protected
We are the Son's of Connie Snead. Our mother Connie Snead was recently diagnosed with Throat Cancer and completed Radiation and Chemotherapy treatments. As a result of those treatments, she has taken a turn where she now needs 24 hour a day, 7 days a week care, due to the onset of preliminary dementia and being so weak. She did not qualify for the Hospice care and it is extremely difficult for our step-father Jim (age 73) to take care of her. He did attempt to do this, but she ended up dehydrated and mal-nutritioned. Which landed her back in the Hospital.
All money donated will be used to provide Miss Connie with 24/7 care, hospital or doctor visits, help pay for their meals and any other expenses that arise. The funds are needed as soon as possible to ensure proper care can be provided right away.
Connie is such a caring lady! She has given many hours working with others. She has been dedicated to carrying the message of recovery for over 32 years, to many ladies of all ages. Her 'girls', our adopted sisters, filled our home often. As a friend, Connie always looks for what she can bring to the table rather than take. It is tough to see such a caring and giving individual have to rely on so many to get her basic daily needs taken care of today. She was the light which led me, her middle son, back to reality and a life filled with love and long term recovery.
We will be forever grateful for any donations. It is not the amount that matters, it is the thought that counts. We, Jim (her husband), her sons and girls are doing everything we can to put together a plan that will take care of Connie. Your donations will allow us to be sure it happens and cover the expenses brought on by this horrible disease. We thank you with all our hearts and pray that you and yours find good health, wealth and wisdom.
Much love from us all!
