On Wednesday, February 8, 2017, life for Mike, Chassity, and their children changed forever.  A fire in their home claimed the lives of 3 year old Blayden and 4 month old Tally.  Chassity and Brighten (their middle child) are currently in ICU at Shands hospital in Gainesville, FL and will hopefully be transferred to the country's best burn unit in Cincinnati, OH soon.

Pretty much everything they own was lost in the fire - their home, clothes, furniture, etc.  They will need to completely start over.  In addition to this, there are medical expenses for all five of them and funeral expenses for Blayden and Tally.  And this is why I have set up this fund for them.  I researched funeral costs and based the amount needed off that, though this is a low-end number and would possibly not cover medical expenses or other necessities.

Please pray for this young family and if you are at all able to give toward their emergency fund, please do so as soon as possible.  They will need money immediately for travel expenses (to be with Chassity & Brighten) and basic necessities.  In the near future, they will need money for medical and funeral expenses as well.  I am sure they will appreciate whatever help you can offer.
