Miguel's Leafleting Minivan Fund

Last year I went to over 100 schools around the US and distributed over 100,000 Vegan Outreach booklets to students. I also teamed up with many local activists who passed out thousands more. On average 1 in 75 booklets read will result in someone going vegan. Many more people will become aware of the cruelty done to animals used as food and seriously change their diets and cut back on animal product consumption.


One of the things that I've learned while doing this is that I need a bigger vehicle to be doing this. To save money on shipment costs I usually carry between 20k-30k Vegan Outreach booklets AND all my camping gear/food, etc. in my little 2dr Toyota. I can't see out of my windows and things often fall onto me as I am driving. The vehicle essentially becomes a low rider, as the suspension cannot handle the extra weight (my most recent shipment of leaflets weighed 1,350 lbs). I've had to replace tires, brakes, serpentine belt etc.


Therefore I am saving money to buy a modestly priced, reliable Toyota or Honda minivan. Your contribution to my minivan fund will enable me to safely carry even more Vegan Outreach booklets to more schools in 2018-19. You'll be happy to know that your money will be taking me to another 100+ colleges and universities throughout the West where I expect I will deliver another 100,000 leaflets into the hands of students. I am also taking virtual reality headsets with me, which will give studens the perspective of an animal living in a factory farm.
