Miggy & Milsner's Mighty Swim

Mark Middlehurst (Miggy) had a horrific accident whilst enjoying a day off from his farming job during a working holiday in Western Australia and as a result suffered a traumatic brain injury.

Mark's injuries mean he will remain physically and mentally handicapped and needing 24 hour care for the rest of his life.

His family wish to bring him home from the hospital to be cared for but will need to build a bedroom and wet room with specialist equipment to enable him to have better comfort and to ensure he can progress as much as possible. 

Part of his rehabilitation includes Musical Therapy which has seen Mark improving.



Paul Miller (Milsner) met Mark's parents Julie & Malcolm through a mutual friend shortly after Mark's accident and have remained firm friends. Paul is returning to the UK in September 2018 to attempt a solo crossing of The English Channel to raise much needed funds to bring Mark home so he can live with his family. Thank you.
