During a period of two months, FC Barcelona coaches
have evaluated more than 2,500 players across the nation at the 9 Official FC Barcelona Soccer Camp locations. You have the opportunity to come, October 21-31 2016, to Barcelona, to train at the exclusive FC Barcelona Headquarters, and engage in a full agenda of unique and valuable soccer and cultural activities. "
This is what our 14 year old son received in the mail!!! Michael has been a dedicated soccer/futbol player since he was 7 years old! His dream is to be like Messi and one day play professionally!
But to make that dream happen we have a huge hurtle to clear first! It is going to cost a lot of money make that dream a reality!
The base cost is $2,695! This includes uniform, training kit, tickets to 2 professional games, full room and board, all meals, just to name a few!
But it does not include air faire! That will be another $1,500.
Also, there is the cost of the passport $165.
Finally some spending money!!
The final cost will be close to $5,000.00 to make a boy's dream come true!!!
Our first goal is $900 buy Aug 5, 2016 for the initial registration.
The second is Sept 15, 2016 when the remainder $1795 for registration is due.
I know that is a lot of money and we as a family are doing everything on our end! We are so thankful for every dollar that will be put towards this ONCE IN A LIFETIME chance!
In the event that the full goal is not reached and Michael doesn't make it to Spain... all funds will be used for Michael's future soccer needs! For example, club dues, uniforms, tournaments!
