Michael Perez

During a Soccer game today, October 21st, 2018 Michael Perez was going for the Soccer ball at a very high speed when he collided with two opponents also going for the ball.  Unfortunately, Michael fell hitting the ground very hard and as a result has a sprained left hand and two broken bones in his right hand.  Michael was in a lot of pain on the Soccer field, but he remained calm considering the situation. Two parents and the referee assisted in stabilizing his arm while waiting for the paramedics to take him to the hospital.

Michael has been playing ever Soccer since he was able to walk and has been on the NPSC Falcons since the inception back in January 2015.  His goal in life is to become a professional Soccer player.

We are trying to raise some money to help his family pay for the medical bills which include; ambulance, emergency room, surgery (if required), and physically therapy.  He won't know if he will need a surgery until next week.  But we do know that some of the bills he incurred thus far are not covered by the insurance he does have.

Over the last 4 years Michael has earned the nick name "Magic Michael" for his Soccer skills. He brings a positive attitude and a passion for the game. He always works very hard when he plays... and whether he wins or loses he is always level headed.  We wish him a speedy recovery as he will be missed by his teammates, coaching staff, and all the families that enjoy watching him play. 

While the money we raise won't fix the problems with his hands, but it may certainly provide some financial relief to his family and potentially allow him to get some additional care that may not otherwise be available to him.
