Hi & thanks for visiting this page.
So to cut a long story short, I'm an LGBT+ person of colour and I have been homeless for almost 7 weeks now and jobless for nearly 4 months. I have no relationship with my family and so I have no safety net to fall back on. I've been surviving off JSA and the kindness of my friends.
I've recently secured a new job which I'm due to start in just ten days. I've got to relocate before I start so I've been sorting out housing. I have enough for a deposit but not quite enough for the first month, and then living costs etc.
Whatever you can spare will be greatly appreciated.
