Help my best friend walk again

Donation protected
This might seem ridiculous to some people, while others will completely understand. My dog, Sinclair, is my best friend and dearest companion. Sinclair has been through a lot in the 5 years he has been on this earth. A somewhat unlucky dog you might say. Leaving out the illnesses this dog has been through, he has also be hit by a car (luckily just getting away with an out of socket shoulder and major PTSD of cars). This was 3 years ago. It took 6 months to heal the shoulder up and 2 years to heal his mind. He still has some issues, but travelling to our favorite hiking destinations is no longer the scariest experience possible to him. His most recent injury is a torn ACL  in his right hind leg. He did this while hiking at the Greenbelt, doing his favorite thing, chasing a squirrell.

Knee injuries are the most common injury in both human and canine. Even though dogs tear their ACL (actually called the CCL in canines- same function though) all the time and surgery is extremely common, it still cost about 2,500 dollars! Now, I am a professional dog trainer, meaning I hardly make enough to live off of and I spoil my dog to the highest extent I can. I cannot afford the surgery needed to heal my best friend. It kills me watching him lay around all day, unable to run, jump, or basically, be a dog. I miss our adventures! He still has so many years ahead of him and they should not be spent as if he were 15 years old and unable to do anything but sleep. He is a young, active, athletic dog. Not being able to join me on my trips and enjoy his life has led him to be very depressed. For his sake and mine, I need to get him this surgery. He needs a chance of recovery and a full doggy life. But, I need help to do this. By the time I could afford the surgery, he will have built up enough athritis in his knee to keep him from ever being able to be the dog he once was. I just want the best life for my best pal. Please help me raise some of the money needed to get Sinclair his surgery and get him back on the trail where he belongs. Thank you for at least reading our story. Be well!
