New Streaming Computer

My name is Heather, AKA TiredEwok on Twitch. I am currently a member of their affiliate program but I do have an aspiration to become a full partnered streamer.
I started streaming in the spring of 2016, doing so casually as a hobby. Over time, however, my family fell on hard times and I came to realize that streaming would be a good way for me to try and help out, this being the most important reason for doing this, while also allowing me to continue being a stay-at-home mother to my oldest who is autistic.
Streaming has been a blast so far with being able to entertain people and make new friends. But recently my computer has been getting more and more problematic, often freezing and lagging when I play all but the simplest of games. A lot of it has to do with a computer that has a lot of obsolete hardware in it.
This is part of my current computer's build:
CPU: AMD FX-8320 8-Core
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960
RAM: 8gig
It is my wish to be able to get the parts to have a new computer built for me and to perhaps upgrade a little with an addition of a cam and the appropriate lights as well as a second monitor. Unfortunately, with a lack of expendable funds, it'd take a very long time to achieve this, hence why I am reaching out. Parts have already been sourced (list found here - https://pcpartpicker.com/list/F4XB3b ) and my husband and our friend will be building it and shipping it to me.
