Kenneth John Kerofsky, 18, of Moline, Illinois, was pronounced dead Thursday, December 22, 2016 following a drowning accident in the Rock River.  His body was recovered by the Big River Rescue and Recovery Dive Team, who volunteered their time and money to do an extremely dangerous job. The family is extremely grateful for their heroic efforts.

Kenneth "Kenny's" life was cut short by this unfortunate accident. He lived a carefree life and was a child at heart who loved to give hugs.

Kenny is survived by his parents, Jill and Timothy (a disabled veteran). This memorial fund is being set up to cover funeral expenses.
