My brother, William Pete, Jr., died on August 28, 2017 in Washington, DC. He was struck on the path of an incoming subway train. To say this is tragic for the family is an understatement. As some of you may know, my brother was in a challenging physical and emotional space. Though he loved his family, his connection to us was inconsistent during recent years.
I am creating this gofundme account because he did not have an insurance policy. Please help us give him a proper memorial and celebrate his short but valuable life with us.
He was 41 and will be forever remembered as a poet, a comedian, a protector and a father of 2 daughters. If you are unable to provide monetary help, prayers are welcome as we prepare for his memorial.
