Memorial Fund for McIntosh Family

It is with heavy hearts my family and I are sending this message to all of our friends and acquaintances. My brother, Murray McIntosh, my sister's husband, went to be with the Lord unexpectedly on Saturday, January 21, 2017. He was travelling home to Grande Prairie after working near Fort MacMurray to be with my sister and the kids after working away for quite some time.
Due to a multi-vehicle pile up near Boyle, AB and terrible weather conditions, his vehicle crashed into the accidents ahead of him and he was killed. Murray was about to celebrate his big 4-0 in April.
We are all in shock at this time. We will all be together as a family for the weeks ahead as we try to come to terms with this significant loss. Murray will always be remembered as the tall, strong, intelligent, Mr Fixer, big hearted and funny man who would help anyone out in need. He showed everyone his love and care through what he could do with his hands and heart. My sister and Murray love one another deeply and Murray loves his babies so much. My precious sister and my 3 nephews (18, 16 & 11) and niece (7) would appreciate your prayers and thoughts at this time.
Murray was the sole income earner for his family and worked very hard and diligently to provide for his them as a Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic in the oil & gas sector in Alberta for many years.
If you feel you would like to show your support and condolences for Rachel and her children, we have created this memorial fundraiser to assist the family to continue to be financially supported since they have lost their father and husband.
We are so grateful that Murray has a relationship with Jesus and he is there with Him now. Thank you everyone for lifting the family before the Lord during this difficult time.
