Monday, May 7th, was a tragic evening that will be in our hearts forever.
Early that evening Mary, sweet Maddy, and Cody set sail for a camping trip on the Susquehanna River. This was not out of the ordinary for them as they loved being on the boat and camping as a family. It was their favorite past time.
Maddy was in love with nature and being outdoors. She just won first place at a fishing derby at just three years old.
Mary was a loving, giving, passionate young woman who would put everyone else before herself. She was an amazing mother to sweet Maddy and fiancé to Cody.
The unforeseeable events that transpired after that have led to the tragic deaths of both Mary and Maddy.
The family was not prepared for this and needs your help and support to ensure a proper service is in place to honor the lives of these young souls. We hope as a family we are able to lay both Maddy and Mary to rest. We ask that any financial contributions be made in Mary and Maddy’s name through this GoFundMe page. All proceeds donated will benefit Kammi Bredbenner, sister and aunt of the deceased and family in funding the funerals for both victims in this horrific accident.
