Help us put on the Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever!
On Saturday 14th July 2018 we are planning a mass Wuther in support of victims of domestic violence at Edinburgh Gardens, Fitzroy Melbourne.
Despite being run by volunteers there are still significant costs involved in hosting this event including council permits, insurance, sound and stage equipment hire, port-a-loo and marquee hire, performer and sound engineer fees, APRA licence, first aid station, etc
We need to raise $4732 just to cover these basics!
We hope to raise over this amount so we can make donations to our charity partners Safe Steps Family Violence Response Centre and Alannah and Madeline Foundation to help protect women and children experiencing domestic violence.
About Me
My name is Katherine Brandenberger and I have hosted the last 2 wuthering events in Melbourne and designed the Kate Bush Cathy Costumes.
I also run a small registered NFP called Queer Club providing professional development opportunities to creative LGBTQI young people.
All monies raised through this GoFundMe will be going to the Queer Club account and used to cover the event running costs, all amounts over will be divided equally between our charity partners.

Each year I literally donate hundreds of hours of my time to bring Wuthering to the masses because it is such a silly, fun and beautiful day of joyful solidarity but I can't afford to cover all these costs on my own so please whatever you can spare to kick in to the event kitty would be greatly appreciated!
