Medical Help for Jneiro Jarel

Nineteen days ago my husband (world renowned music producer and recording artist, Jneiro Jarel) suffered a massive, ischemic stroke while abroad in Costa Rica. We are both public figures in the entertainment industry, whose usual wishes are to keep our private lives out of the public eye. However, due to the urgency of our current circumstances, I have decided to go public with what is going on, and turn to whatever resources may be available.
Jarel is thankfully (but slowly) on the road to recovery but is still not ambulatory, and requires 'round the clock, skilled nursing assistance at this time. Our US insurance provider is aware that this is an emergency situation, but has only agreed to cover his hospital expenses here in Costa Rica for 11 days, and has still not given us an answer as to how they will assist him getting back to the United States, so that he can continue his required inpatient treatment and post stroke rehabilitation there.
After having had multiple phone conversations with myself, the Costa Rican hospital's Director of International Insurance, and Air Evac International, there has still been no resolution with our insurance company to facilitate his transportation back to the US; it has now been 7 days and counting.
To further complicate matters, the 11 days the insurance provider has agreed to cover have reached their end, and we are now placed between a rock and a hard place; stay and continue to wait for an answer, (while simultaneously and personally racking up daily hospital expenses) or pay out of pocket and arrange for Jarel's transportation back to the states ourselves, and as soon as possible. Insurance is only willing to pay for so many days of the medical expenses, due to the fact that we are not in our home country, yet the necessary travel accommodations for my husband have still not been met within that time. We are in desperate need of whatever contributions we can get to help cut costs, and get Jarel back to the United States as quickly as possible. Continuing to stay here in Costa Rica, with no further assistance from our health insurance provider, is no longer an option. No donation is too small. Thank you in advance for your help!
