Medical Help For Emer

Good day.

Recently, I have been dealing with a painful hernia.  Before I can get surgery to correct it, I need to lose weight, as per the surgeon's orders.  

I have been given off until October by my employer to lose the weight, and hopefully get the surgery.  That is very helpful, since the pain from the hernia prevents me from doing many of my job duties.

Similar to my medical problem last year, while my employer is gracious enough to grant me time off to take care of my problem, and my insurance will cover the medical bills that will come in, my short-term disability has been denied.  This means that I have no way of paying my bills or covering any personal expenses until I can return to work.

The $2,400 I am asking for is to cover all bills and expenses for the next three months, so I can focus on losing weight and getting my hernia taken care of.

Any amount you can give would be greatly appreciated.  I cannot thank you enough for taking a look at this, and I am forever in your debt for whatever you can give.
