Help support the Van Dyke girls

$90,195 of $100,000 goal

The recent verdict in Chicago Police Officer Jason Van Dyke's criminal
trial had a devastating impact on our community and law enforcement
around the world.  But this verdict has impacted Jason's wife and two
daughters more than words can describe.  Amongst the multitude of
struggles she has already faced in the past four years,  Jason's wife
Tiffany Van Dyke is now left to raise their two children on her own.

If you  would like to show  financial support for the Van Dyke girls, please donate here.

Thank you in advance for your support and please continue to pray for
the entire Van Dyke family as they try to come to grips with this
devastating loss and adjust to their life that has been unfortunately
changed forever.

(My name is Tammy Wendt and I am one of Jason's attorneys.  I  have also become  friends with the family during this horrendous  injustice that has had a negative affect on all of them.  The money raised here will go toward the support of Jason's wife and children to help pay for their daily living needs.  i.e., food, shelter, clothing, school,  transportation, etc.  The money will be paid directly to them from this fund.)

We are only 10k away from the goal! Thank you all again for your extremely generous donations to the Van Dyke girls! Tiffany and Jason are overwhelmed with gratitude. Another devastating blow as a direct result of this guilty verdict is that Jason's family health insurance benefits will be terminating soon. Tiffany still has not found employment with insurance. Please pray she can get employment with benefits or raise enough money to purchase insurance for herself and the children. Please remember to pass this on to your friends and family. Also, any donations for an upcoming fundraiser would also be greatly appreciated! (gift cards, event tickets, gift baskets, etc.) Jason continues to remain hopeful as we know his appeal will be a success! Please pray for his spirit to remain hopeful.

We went to see Jason yesterday at the jail and he has received so many books and care packages and wanted me to thank everyone for their generosity and help. He said he has more than enough now. Please keep him and his family in your prayers. His biggest concern is not himself but his family. It’s so extremely sad to see him shackled like a criminal behind bars for doing his job. Lets pray for real justice to prevail and Jason to stay hopeful. Thank you all again for everything!

Update on books: If you do send Jason paperback books they have to come directly from the stores, publisher or amazon. Not from a private party. Thank you.
