Studio renovations

Because of the extreme heat, I am painting the entire outside of the studio white with a radiant barrier additive. Also going to finish putting in a walk way and touch up the paint on the front of the studio. 

Myself and several local actors are now producing films to be release to Netflix. The studio has an a/c but it has to be cut off during filming. Right now, the heat builds up as soon as it's turned off. 

I have put much work into the studio since it was robbed and some what trashed when I was off taking care of my mother. I've managed to get a lot accomplished in getting it back to working order but at a point now that I can use some help. 

At my age, I can't do a lot of the work I used to do so it's do this or go on disability. I am just not one to do that. Your help will help me to keep working and as a result I not only spend what I make back to local stores but also do a lot of hiring to do varies jobs including painting work.
