McDonald Ranch is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that has combined the needs of animals with the love and interest children naturally have for them for over 20 years. Homeless, retired, injured and rescued animals have been brought to the Ranch for a sanctioned stay until permanent loving homes can be found. Youth have been coming to the Ranch for our after school, weekend, and summer camp programs to learn animal husbandry, horseback riding, goat milking, and other outdoor activities.
What little revenue we generate from the fee-for-service portion of our program goes directly to feeding and providing medical and routine care for the animals, leaving little resources available for sustaining the program.
Every animal is a cherished member of our McDonald Ranch family we want the best for them. We are so very grateful to those who help because if not for their generous donation of time and resources the Ranch would not be able to continue to provide our valuable service to the animals and children of our community.
