McCall Rocks Climbing Gym Idaho

My husband and I are approached daily and asked why we don't open a cllimbing gym, and as more and more people asked, the answer became clear, why aren't we opening a climbing gym?
We are a small group of locals looking to open a rock climbing gym in our small town of McCall, ID. Currently there is a large need for winter and after school programs for the youth community as well as the adults of our town.
We are a very recreation based town but have no evening or after school or work programs like this available for the town. There are youth sports here, skiing in the largest recreational activity, but when it's dark at 4:30pm there are very little recreational options in this town besides the workout gyms. These are great for adults, but children aren't allowed under the age of 16 to use these facilities.
We are looking to fill a void in the recreation. We want to use this money to build a 3 story, 2,000 sqft rock climbing gym in the town. We want to build a kids climbing team, as well as offer adults the chance to learn to climb or continue their summer passion. We will cater to the the tourist community buy offering a family recreation area as well as a place to meet new people and build new foundations within the community. We will offer team building, birthday parties, retreates, a safe environment, learning, community opportunities such as meeting spaces, camps and volunteer opportunities.
We are raising money so we are able to purchase either a lot of land or an existing sturcture and turn it into a rock gym. The money we raised will be used to purchase a spot as well as starting the construction and buying the basics holds and walls needed to being this project.
We don't want to just open a bouldering gym, we are looking to open a full facility that teaches the basics of climbing as well as teaching the skills and saftey required to rock climb indoors and outside. In addition to having the rock gym, we would also offer an organic smoothie and juice bar, another need for this town. We'd like to offer more than just a facility, we want to offer a healthy lifestyle.
We would like to start this project by Christmas of they year, (2016) if possible. We have our eyes on a couple of locations curently and just need to raise the money to start the process!
This means a lot to use becuase we are passionate about recreation and living a healthy lifestyle. We have always lived in the mountains and has access to rock climbing and clibming gyms, and we want to continue what we love and share it with our new community.
We would be very thankful to all that could help us raise the money to get this off the ground. Not only will you be helping fill a need in this community, you would be helping children, at risk youth, special needs youth and adults as well as a community looking to continue their passions.
