À 14 ans, j’ai commencé à marcher avec les Stentors de Sherbrooke au Canada. Ensuite, j’ai marché avec les Hawthorne Caballeros, Vanguard Cadets et Santa Clara Vanguard cet été. Nous avons eu l’incroyable honneur de gagner les championnats du monde. C’était réellement une expérience unique.
Toutefois, ces expériences incroyables n’ont pas un coût minime. Chaque année, il me coûte de plus en plus cher de suivre mon rêve. Je dois payer les vols du Canada pour chaque camp et pour l’été, ainsi que la cotisation de mon équipe. Tout est en dollars américains, ce qui rend le tout encore plus difficile à payer.

When I was 14, I started marching drum corps with Les Stentors from Quebec, Canada. I went on to march the Hawthorne Caballeros, the Vanguard Cadets and the Santa Clara Vanguard this past summer. We had the incredible honor of winning the world championships. It was truly an amazing experience.
However, these incredible experiences do not come at a low cost. Every year, it gets more expensive to follow my dream. I have to pay for flights from Canada for every camp and for summer, and the tour fees. Everything is in American dollars, which makes it even harder to pay for.
Help me march my summer with DCI in 2019! Every donation matters, even if it’s a dollar, it can help.
