My brother Matt, who is 33 years old, had been having back and abdominal pain. After several weeks, he went to the emergency room on January 29th. It was during that visit, that he was diagnosed withT Cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. He is currently receiving chemotherapy. In the future, he will require a stem cell transplant. He will then require further treatment. Due to currently not having insurance, having to quit his job, and medical bills, I am asking for your help to alleviate some financial stress, so he can focus on treatment and healing. Your thoughts, prayers, and generous donations are sincerely appreciated. Thank you so much.+ Read More
Wanted to update everyone on how Matt is doing. He finished his consolidation phase (2nd round) of chemo. This round of chemo been rough for him. He has had nauseated, been tired, and has had headaches. He is ready for his stem cell transplant. The donor is a 100% match but will not be able to donate until July. So thankful for donor, but the waiting is difficult. Matt will be admitted into the hospital in July and will have a week of intense chemo and radiation. He will then receive a stem cell transplant. During his lengthy time of recovery please keep him and his fiancee Kendra in your thoughts and prayers.
