Matthews Warriors

 I am asking for your help by becoming one of "Matthew's Warriors"  on his journey to beat his Diagnosis of Stage 2A-early unfavorable Hodgkin's Lymphoma.



Let's do what we can to help him while he is Battling his Cancer. He needs to focus on staying positive, getting healthy and focused on keeping up his strength, not on how to afford his co-pays, medical bills, medications, transportation costs as well afford his specific dietary needs due to this disease and being out of work.

Matthew is 26 yrs. old, very friendly, kind, generous, loving and compassionate. Although he is quiet & shy when you first meet him,  once he gets to know you, his true personality shines.  He really comes out of his shell!!
He has a remarkably funny sense of Humor. You never know what he is going to say next, and no matter what mood someone is in, he will manage to make them laugh and smile.  He treats everyone he meets with respect and kindness, no matter what their situation, title or position in life. 
He is not pretentious, and what you see is what you get with him.  He has a genuine compassion, generosity and empathy for others. He always helps anyone who is in need, in any way he can, and never judges. 

Matthew is an AVID lover of Music, Television, Video Games and everything related to media, having thousands (WE MEAN 10's of THOUSANDS! ) of tunes on his I-pod and you NEVER see him without his headphones, usually wearing them on one ear, so that he can hear what is happening around him with the other. 

Matthew's Oncologist took him out of work in the middle of May, because both of his jobs put him at a dangerously high risk of infection, due to working with the public at Turning Stone Casino's, handling large amounts of money on a daily basis. 

Matthew has a VERY POSITIVE attitude, one of strength, hope, battling Cancer and never giving up.
He views his diagnosis not as Cancer, but as a Challenge to be Beat, like a "WARRIOR" going to Battle.  That is why we are calling this campaign, "Matthews Warriors." So we can aid in his Battle. 

Thank you for your support and help, no matter what it is, it will help ease the stress and allow Matthew to focus on his battle and return to health... :-)
