Marv is in his second week of chemo and for the most part is doing well (or at least putting on a great act) he has continued to work on the days he is up to it. He has been fighting nausea brought on by the treatment and hot flashes from the steroids. The fact that he continues to work amazes me because I know it takes a lot out of him, but you'd never know it by the way he acts. Besides this gofundme fundraiser, the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office has organized a benefit for two of their own Deputies, Michael Ware and Tony Kelly, who are both fighting cancer. They have unselfishly asked to include Marvin in this fundraiser. This goes to show how strong and caring the Thin Blue Line is. I have and will continue to post info for the benefit through Fb. In the meantime, if you haven't already , please consider making a donation to here. To all those that have, words could never express our gratitude. God bless you all and remember to let Marvin know...WE GOT YOUR SIX!
