It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the news of the passing of our dear friend Marty Burns on February 20, 2019.
We are stunned and deeply saddened by this loss. Life without our loving friend will not be the same.
We send our prayers, love and light to Marty's family and loved ones at this most difficult time. We are so grateful to have known this wonderful, charismatic, caring, generous, witty, and sensitive gentleman. Marty's passion was music. The bigger the crowd, the better. He was well known for devoting his time to helping those in need by organizing fund raising live music events. He loved his friends and family with such fierceness. He made sure to check in on his friends on a regular basis. He never met a stranger. Everyone he encountered made an instant friend.
Friends, in these situations it’s always difficult to know what the right thing to do is. Today I’m writing this to assure you that if you loved Marty Burns, donating to this memorial page for him is the right thing to do. Thank you Theresa Ennis Rachlin for starting this page to help Dale, Mrs. Burns and Nicole Denton Burns. As the administrator on this account (Neal) I will work closely with the family so you can be confident if you donate in Marty‘s memory it will be used wisely.
