It is with an extremely heavy heart that we announce the passing of Marian Malaka aka Marian Ibrahim. We have lost a pure, selfless, and innocent heart who was a true friend and sister, but heaven has gained an angel.
Marian was only 21 years old, held two jobs, and studied to try to make ends meet for her family. She was on her way home late last night from working at the senior care facility when she was involved in a head-on collision only miles from getting home, where she was declared dead at the scene.
There are no words to describe the grief that fills our hearts at our angel's passing, but our hope and trust is that she is in a better place.
The reason for this Gofund me is because no parent makes plans to bury their young. Marian was the daughter of a single elderly father, and she was the sister to a younger brother who is in high school. She was the spine of her family and took the role of the mother at a young age. We hope that her family, friends, and community would come together to help in any way possible.
We will let everyone know information of the burial service, as we hope to remember this beautiful soul in every way that she deserves.
She is gone but we will forever remember her.
